The board of directors of WinCity Media works collaboratively to guide our successful nonprofit in all its endeavors.

We’re expanding!

Meet our current board

The dedicated members of the board of directors of WinCity Media reflect a diversity of experience and interest. This is the group that guides the organization in every facet of its work. All members are volunteers and receive no compensation for their service on the WinCity Media Board.

Pete Koutoulas

Pete Koutoulas

Executive Director & Co-Founder

Pete is a retired IT worker and a former newspaper columnist with a lifelong interest in journalism. He started a school newspaper in elementary school, worked on the staff of his high school yearbook for three years, and wrote a few articles for the college newspapers at the University of Kentucky and Sullivan University. From 1992-93, Pete was the Owner/Publisher and Editor of a newspaper he founded in his hometown of Campton.

Chuck Witt

Chuck Witt

Secretary & Co-Founder

Chuck is a Winchester native and a retired architect and former newspaper columnist. In his career as an architect, he designed projects across the state, from Hazard to Madisonville. He considered the Scott County Public Library one of his best projects, completed in 2000. A veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, he has a long record of community activism and was instrumental in the construction of the Winchester-Clark County Veterans Memorial in downtown Winchester.

Lashana Harney

Lashana is an award-winning journalist and photographer. She loves to tell stories through various mediums, including nonfiction, fiction, poetry, photography, videography, audio, doodles, and aerial dance. You can usually find her at home, rewatching Buffy the Vampire Slayer for the millionth time with her two dogs, Vader and Vandal.

Rebecca Campomanes

Vice President

Rebecca loves exploring what’s in her backyard and beyond — whether that be a day trip to a new eatery or getting lost in speculative fiction. She brought her passion for nature and the arts to Winchester in 2016 and has shared that passion through various endeavors over the years. When her busy schedule allows, she works as a graphic designer for local organizations.

Jennifer Koutoulas

Treasurer

Jennifer is a native of Slade, Kentucky, and has lived in Wichester since 2015. A retired employee of the Fayette County Public Schools, Jennifer was in charge of the occupational license and net profits tax collections division of financial services. In addition to her work for WinCity Media, she volunteers with several community organizations, including A Life Worth Celebrating, All Voices Reading Room, and WinCity Helps.

Sabrina Puckett

Member

Sabrina is a retired human services professional. She has lived in Winchester for 35 years and is the grandmother of two beautiful children: a preschool boy and an infant girl. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and gardening. She is a member of Emmanuel Episcopal Church and is active in the community.

Randy Patrick

Randy was a newspaperman for nearly 40 years in small towns throughout Central Kentucky. He has also worked at the state Capitol, the county courthouse, one of the nation’s oldest liberal arts colleges, and a few restaurants. Since seventh grade, he has dreamed of becoming a freelance writer.
